Thank you for choosing to book a bundle with SHEcares. By booking a bundle, you can ensure continuity of care from our dedicated team; we look forward to caring for you and your baby.
The terms of our bundle bookings are as follows:
appointment times and dates can be changed in consultation with SHEcares. We will do their utmost to ensure your appointments are convenient for you. Please note, some date changes may make it impossible to keep your appointment with the same member of our team, but this will be discussed with you if appropriate.
we require at least 72 hours notice to change appointment times or dates. Failure to comply with this will result in a new booking being required for a replacement appointment (except in exceptional circumstances e.g. a positive COVID test, at the discretion of SHEcares).
bundle fees are non-refundable apart from exceptional circumstance e.g. miscarriage or stillbirth. In such cases, a refund of any outstanding appointments will be made minus a processing fee of 2%.
if you choose to cancel any appointments and not re-arrange them, you will still be charged for the appointment.
